Glesbygd'n - Välkommen Hem
Glesbygd'n is a reagge band from the north of Sweden, that do reagge in an old local northern sweden dialect.
And here's their latest video; "Välkommen Hem", Directed by Victor Lindgren.
I just had a small part in this production, I made the animations for the mouth and eyes of the strange white flobby creatures in the video. Enjoy!

Norma Jean - Video
Just before the summer holidays hit us last year me and Linus over at Popcore film, shot this music video for US hardcore/punk act Norma Jean.
We shot it on a Canon 7D DSLR. It was the first time for me working with that camera, and I really enjoy it.
But the rolling shutter problem is quite anoying. Hopefully that will go away or at least get better with newer versions coming out.
Below you can see a behind the scenes clip we put together for the video.
Parts of it was shot with a time-lapse app for the iphone, great fun. hope you enjoy them both.
Artist: Norma Jean
Track: Deathbed atheist
Directed by: Popcore film and Kenny Lindström
Animations: Kenny Lindström
Shot on: Canon 7D

Totalt Jävla Mörker
Finished a new music video form punk/hardcore/metal act Totalt Jävla Mörker yesterday.
It's very rough and dark, but considering the music it works really well.

Home Sweet Home
I just finished work on a new video for Swedish popact Those dancing days together with Popcore film.
Those dancing days - Home sweet home from picnicwithpanic on Vimeo.
Here is a QT version of the video >>> here!!!.
It might take some time to load, but be patient, if not you can check it out on youtube as well but I would recommend this version because it's in much better quality than on youtube.
My work on the video involved everything from keying the footage to comping it together with the backgrounds ,creating postcard graphics and animations.
Here are some screens from the process and of some of the graphics I put together:

john butler trio
The new John Butler Trio video was released this week. Popcore film asked me to help them out animating some streetart-ish gig posters on walls in a urban setting. The posters would feature the band members singing and playing the song. We spent some really long workdays to get it done in time. Anyway I think it turned out nice :) hope you like it.
Have a look for yourself:
Here's a quicktime version of the video:

I'm gone picnicing with panic
Been working all weekend on animations for a new underoath video. It's really fun animating but takes alot of time that I don't have much of to get it looking the way I want, but I think it will turn out great in the end either way. to be continued....
